the reason i love photography most is because i can create a feeling or a story that i want myself and the viewer to feel. I as the story teller can choose how i want my rectangle to represent the setting i am capturing. If you video tape a wedding, than you are capturing the whole thing from start to finish just as it happens. If you are a photographer, you create the feeling of the wedding because you are only capturing what you want the viewer to see. You make life seem more than it is...this is why i love photography.

Irony:
When you lose your lens cap at your uncle's house. Then 4 months later, on the day that you finally break down and buy a new lens cap, your uncle sends you a package contain the recently found missing one.
I got to shoot with a Mark I last night. Crazy cool.
